Dr Law after 4 attempts at getting my leaky Aneurysm fixed and you helping in getting at lowering my potassium level so they could do the successful outcome I guess 4 times is being lucky it did keep me alive Thanks Dr Law right Wayne
The only complaint I have is the time you spend trying to make an appointment here over the phone or when you need your test results. It is easier just to go there in person rather than calling. It's easier to make appointments through their app. Excellent doctors, especially Dr. Wayne.
Dr Andrew is the shiznit. He's attentive, takes his time listening to you and doesn't rush you out of the room like most doctors, yet wait times to get in the room are usually minimal. The receptionists can be really rude at times, but nice at other times. I guess it depends on the day. Not really a pleasure booking appointments with them either, especially when you're put on hold for 10+ minutes every time. Maybe another receptionist is needed in the clinic to lighten the work load up front?
