Best pharmacy around. Michael and Katerina are great and super friendly.

So nice to have a community resource that you call and a human being answers the phone, I really am new to this Pharmacy but Pharmakeio is really exceptionally great!

Amazing local pharmacy, such sweet people work there, trying to get the best outcomes for you as a client! The only obstacle I would say it’s not very possible to get prescriptions the same day or if you’re dropping off on Friday, the prescription will be available on Monday not weekends, which are both completely understandable: it is not a huge megastore pharmacy with overexploited employees, but a local cute one with every pharmacist remembering your name 🥰

My family has significant health issues, some life threatening. We each have meds we depend on to stay healthy and many of them are from different hospitals, medical teams, and doctors. None of them renew on the same day, making it difficult to navigate. We have had many changes to our benefits coverage requiring a flexible mind to sort it all out.

Michael and his team are respectful, accommodating, careful, flexible, and welcoming every time. We also have to manage a medical condition that affects our mobility, but with ramps, power doors, and accessibility products for sale, we are always able to get the care we need. We now live over 100 km away and STILL use this pharmacy because I know I won't get the same care elsewhere. I spent years trying other places before I found this one. None of them were as good.

There is also a walk in clinic mostly staffed by Dr Loganathan. I was so impressed with his care, I asked him to be our family physician. Sadly that's not possible, but for my autistic daughter no one else measures up. He's that good!

If you are looking for a pharmacy, go in and talk to Michael. Even if you choose not to use their services, you will be warmly welcomed. That is, until I convince him to move over to my end of Ontario!

Honesty, knowledge, service, friendliness, kindness and a touch of humour. What more can you ask for in a pharmacist? Strongly recommend Michael P. and his team. And don't forget Seniors' Day the last Wednesday of every of month! Great deals.
