Used to shop here all the time when it was Pharmasave. Since changing, of course it has terrible shoppers drug mart pricing for regular items that are cheaper everywhere else, but the pharmacy department has slowed down like crazy.
My wife was refilling a subscription where it took an hour and a half to fulfill. When my wife went to check if it was done, they told her they only had a week’s worth (7 pills) and she has to come back for a refill. An hour and a half for 7 pills!
To add, my wife tried calling in the refill twice previously, and she was put on hold for 30 mins each time which is why we decided to go in to get it done. I’m not blaming the staff, but there must be something wrong with the process in which stuff is being done there. Pharmasave was never this long of a wait time….
