I haven’t personally been seen by the doctor but I’ve accompanied a few of my family members here over the years. The doctor seems experience and knowledgeable. The only thing I have reservation on is the customer service at the front. The lady who works here has a bit of an attitude and tends to give unsolicited advice. There were times where the doctor advised that we should be all set after this round of herbs and wouldn’t need to come back. The lady insisted that we should come back, even after we told her what the doctor said. There were also times where she told us to arrive earlier but ended up letting others jump the queue. I’ve also found this type of behaviours got worse over the years.

Excellent and great traditional medicine doctor. He has a lot of clients and can get pretty busy, so best to call in advance for an appointment, DO NOT be LATE, I repeat DO NOT arrive LATE. Because you will get a serious lecture from Dr. Fung's receptionist/pharmacist.

I have had issues with my body with nose bleeds and with Western medicines all they suggest was medicine and drink water. Dr. Fung brilliantly told me it was my chi, it needs to be fixed 8 doses of bitter tea. I do not have any major nose bleeds in years. Now my entire extended family uses him.

On occasions they ignore customers that just step in, bc they are focusing on matching your herbal tea. A miss step can have dire consequencies, therefore, I would only interrupt them when they are done. Give Dr Fung a try if you have issues that Western medicines can not solve.

To be fair, I found this place is a great alternative to western medicine and give you a different option/aspect to health issue. The lady at the front is always busy with picking herbs and could sound a bit direct (I.e. rude as per some people) at times, but I found it not really that bad as some other reviewers' comments.

This doctor deserve more than 5 stars!!

I start experiencing skin problems that gives me unbearable itches few times a day. I’ve visited my family doctor because of that and they said there’s no treatment for my problem and gave me some cream to reduce the suffering.

Friends of mine said that the doctor here is very good at curing skin problems and I gave it a try.

I was given 6 bags of Chinese medicine after my 1st visit and was told to come back a week later for a follow up visit.

Within a week, all the triggers that would have led to these itches have almost completely gone. Even I still feel itchy sometimes, it’s not unbearable anymore.

On my follow up visit, the doctor told me it has improved, but not completely gone. He gave me another 6 bags of medicine and said that I don’t need to come back if I stay feeling well!

I want to say thank you to the doctor here and hope this post can help some other people who have skin issues like me.
