The clinic is clean and organized and everyone there is super friendly. Dr. Wu goes above and beyond for his clients, even when it comes to issues outside of his practice. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to make a difference.
It's my first chiropractic experience. Really accessible place and super friendly services-intake forms, screeners and payments can be handled online, reminders about appointments are sent via email and message. Dr. Wu and his team are professional and caring, making treatment plans for the best interest of their patients. PhysiApp is also used to help with home exercises in-between sessions.
I came to Elumena 5 years ago to rehabilitate my knee after an ACL surgery. Dr. Wu was very knowledgable and patient, and helped me get back on my feet and playing sports in a safe and timely manner. I highly recommend him.
I have been with this clinic for the past 5 years, and has kept me in great "working order" lol, since I end up doing a lot of physical activity and in front of my computer quite a bit. Their clinicians are professional and caring, and see to it that you get yourself back to abundance of health, which I cannot thank enough!
Dr. Jan has the best health solution for those who are suffering from pain. He is really educated and caring physiotherapist. The location in Markham is also very accessible. Recommend 100 times.
