I can’t recommend Alice Jinyi Shi highly enough. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in massage techniques and pain management. I’ve been dealing with chronic disc herniation for over a year, and earlier this week I had a relapse that left me in severe pain — my scoliosis was visibly worse, I couldn’t sleep, and I needed help just to get out of bed.

After one session with Alice, I experienced immediate relief. I was able to move and walk again without assistance. The next day, I already felt better, and after a follow-up treatment my spine was noticeably straightened, and my pain level went from an 8 down to a 2.

Alice’s skill and care have given me not just relief, but hope for real progress in my rehab. I’m looking forward to getting on a regular schedule with her and continuing this healing journey.

I've had a great experience with Anne and Angel. I've been suffering from middle back pain and after a few massage sessions with Anne, who even shared some helpful exercises, my pain has really improved. The acupuncture sessions with Angel have also made a big difference and improved my sleep. Both Anne and Angel always make sure I'm comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!

My 90 min massage was booked with Angel (Hui Yan) Pan. Online booking was easy. I appreciate the email and text reminders. My first visit was very positive. The center was very welcoming, slippers at the front door, very clean bathroom, and very friendly frond desk staff. Angel was very professional. I appreciate the recommendation made for the hot stone massage, which she said was recommended because of the cold weather and a bonus that there was no additional charge. I've never tried it before and enjoyed it and would recommend it. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience.
