Dr. Ruan is absolutely fantastic — he’s professional, knowledgeable, and you can truly tell he loves what he does. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for.
The clinic itself is also excellent. The waiting times are short, the reception team is friendly and efficient, and even the pharmacy staff are kind and helpful. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their patients.
Highly recommend Dr. Ruan and this clinic — a wonderful experience from start to finish!
Great customer service, reception always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Dr. Ruan is the best doctor! He is very skilled, professional, attentive, and patient. The only walk in clinic recommended!!!
Doctor is really good but their management sucks. I understand the appointment system but I've seen patients who walked in after me go well before me. I was told there are 4 patients ahead of me but I saw around 10 of them go. Not the first time I experienced this. Last time, they just forgot me!! That's what the receptionist said when I checked how long would it take.
Relatively new walk-in clinic and pharmacy located at McCowan and Highway 7. Waiting area is spacious and they have a few patient rooms. Overall it's a clean facility. I think they are fine to look at regular ailments, but for more serious conditions I suggest going to a family doctor. Make an appointment on their website ahead of time, but still expect to wait during busy times.
