    I’ve been regularly servicing my Subaru at Markham Subaru, always following the recommended maintenance timeline, and every visit has been a great experience. The service here is consistently excellent: all the staff I’ve interacted with are helpful, courteous, and professional.
    A special mention to my service advisor Vicky, who truly stands out for her professionalism and exceptional customer care. She always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure everything is handled smoothly including shuttle arrangement to and from during service time.
    Even though I travel from Toronto, the quality of service I receive here makes it well worth the trip. It reminds me of the outstanding experience I used to get at London Subaru: reliable, friendly, and top-notch service every time.
    Highly recommend Markham Subaru for anyone looking for convenient and professional care for their vehicle.

    I've read in many reviews of places where people would say I'd give it zero stars if it's possible but postally personally I've never had reason to say the same until today. I'm in the market of getting an electric vehicle so we came into this dealership. All I got was a very rude and condescending guy who seems anything but a sales person. It's a very small showroom with only 3 vehicles. I'm interested getting some sort of hybrid or electric vehicle so wanted to check out the Crosstrek. The vehicle that we got into was the Crosstrek but I didn't know if it's the gas or electric so I asked the guy and he's like it's on the sign on the car and I think he also said that the electric option isn't available until 2026. I don't buy cars often but aren't most dealerships trying to get rid of 2025 inventory now for the 2026 models? He was so rude! Then when I asked what other models there might be for electric or compact SUVs and he actually told me to look online. I did do some research before going but in reality vehicle purchase needs someone who knows the brand and the various differences to help customers decide what may be the best option for them. If I could get everything I wanted to know by looking online only then what's the point of having a show room or a dealership. I guess the one star would be for the rudeness helping me decide then and there that I'm never going to get a Subaru. It was also sufficient for me to post a review online so that others don't get this same treatment. On the way out the guy came over and tried to give me some faded piece of paper with what I guess are their availabilities and models. I told him that I don't need it, I can look online.

    In my experience for the short period of time we spent there, I conclude that he has no customer service skills and shouldn't be a sales person. I also know that he's turned me away from ever considering their brand and I'd tell my kids, family and friends to avoid them too. Perhaps he assumed that a female with two young adults wouldn't be "actual" customers so there was no need to be helpful or even polite. So I would not recommend going to this place even if you want to get a Subaru. It's not worth the grief.

By taking matters seriously with a professional and respectful attitude to improve your dealership's service by getting honest feedback from me has ameliorated my perceptions of your dealership. I hope that my feedback will help others get consistent, professional and friendly service at all times.

    What a fantastic experience, I had being here to service my car for the first time. Wish I had known this place earlier, would have even purchased my car from here. Right from the time I called the service department, to the service of my vehicle- the experience was so pleasant and welcoming. Unlike my previous dealer, these folks also gave me a shuttle service. The car itself feels smooth and great. The service team was very patient and polite. They don't simply add up additional services and guide you correctly if it's something that can be locally managed or needs to be done within the center itself. I like that kind of honesty. They have a member points system which add up to either a future car purchase or service use, depending on which bucket it's aggregated in.
    Markham Subaru Service- You folks are doing a great job. Keep it up!!

    This is my first time service at Markham Subaru. Even though I didn't buy the car from them, the service manager, Tonia is so friendly and professional, thank you for taking care of my maintenance needs👍.
