I had the pleasure of meeting Roma. I brought my mother in laws car in with a transmission issue. Roma took the time and care to diagnose my issue before providing me with a quote. Although we did not get our car serviced there due to our availability. Roma’s customer service was top notch. After the inspection he did not try to upsell me or pressure me into fixing the vehicle. I explained that my Mother in law is on a fixed income and won’t be able to fix the vehicle immediately as we may just have to sell it as is.

Roma understood my situation and just told me to give him a call when we are ready, and handed back my keys.

This was a very good experience as his communication was very transparent. I also took a peek into his shop, it was surprisingly clean for a garage.

Had a issue of slipping tranny on my 2015 ford focus, they diag. quickly and gave me est. I didn't fix the car, too old, but they didn't charge me 1 penny for the diag.

Excellent service and turn around time. I took 2018 Ford F150 when my transmission gave up. They explained the problem, took time to take me through the options and rebuilt the transmission with warranty. Highly recommended if you have transmission issues.

Sal and Hussein are very through. I was stranded with a transfer case issue and they troubleshot it for me and gave me this printout. Ultimately they said a Chevy dealer would have to do the work and they insisted on not charging me for the diagnostic. They were incredible to deal with, kind and knowledgeable. They have exceptional customer service. I will definitely be going back if I have any transmissions issues. They're my new number one choice.
