I have yet to purchase my first motorcycle, but you can be certain I will be purchasing, not only my first bike there, but anything related to my motorcycling needs, from apparel to servicing. The staff was not only friendly and helpful but took their time without pressure or judgement and I genuinely felt listened to and cared for. I previously had my Honda Africa Twin serviced by a different dealer but my experience in dealing with Beth in the parts department at Markham Outdoor Power convinced me to service my motorcycle with them. Beth is focused on customer service and provides great communication. I highly recommend Markham Outdoor Power.
I’ve been with Markham Outdoor Power in Markham for almost 15 years. I purchased my first motorcycle there, and the sales and service have always been excellent. I visited this location as part of a test drive event by Royal Enfield. All the folks I interacted in the store were pleasant and passionate. My kid had a blast too when one of staff offered to take her on a ride on the Honda ATV they had out. Would definitely be back for my motorcycle needs.
Bought my first motorcycle here, Mark was super easy to work with and made the whole process stress free. They've got great deals on gear aswell, along with the friendly staff it's hard not to leave the shop with something new.
