Possibly the best ramen I've had in Canada.
Found this hidden gem, tucked away in a plaza. The place is small but comfortable.

    The ramen - OH MY

I ordered the Hokkaido ramen - a milky pork broth that absolutely took my breath away on one cold night. There is a significant difference in taste when a broth is cooked for a long time vs one that is added with MSG seasoning - this was heaven. The char su was cooked to perfection - in both taste and texture. The egg was the proper ajitsuke tamago - that is properly marinated in soy & mirin - which undoubtedly complemented the richness of the broth. Noodles are handmade and chewy.

It's hard to realize that every single ingredient needs to marry in a perfect harmony to make a good bowl of ramen. And this was it. I very rarely give a 5 stars review but this absolutely deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This cozy little restaurant is a true gem for ramen. The broth is outstanding, and the service is wonderfully friendly. We tried their seasonal cold noodles, which were incredibly refreshing on a hot summer day. We’ll definitely be returning.

The Hokkaido Ramen was good with nice creamy soup base. The ice cream ramen which is their signature bowl wasn’t to bad. Trying the ice cream and spicy ramen soup at same time had a nice spicy and sweet taste. The chicken skewer that came with it was very dry though. Not bad as a first try.

Nice neighborhood ramen store, with good broth and handmade noodles. The service was fast and friendly. My kid asked for ingredients on the side and they were happy to help. Lots of parking space outside since it shares the mall with other restaurants. Not too much seats inside the store though, although turnaround time was acceptable. We had to wait around 5-10mins for a table which wasn't bad.
