Specialist Wallace is very nice and knowlegeble, for his service I would gave 5 star. Unfortunately the receptionist was very rude and irresponsible to me.Treated me like unfairly. She didn't appoligyze for her mistake but blame her coworker.
I was able to get an appointment the same day, or next day if I wanted. The booking process was easy and fast on the phone. Wallace provided excellent service and addressed all the questions I had. I was nervous and scared about using a CPAP machine, but he made sure everything was fine and I had nothing to worry about. He set up my machine and phone for the App, and made sure I knew what to do and how to wear my mask properly before I left. I will go back here, and would refer anyone I know who needs this service. Thank you Wallace and team!
I went to get my CPAP machine. I was nervous and hesitant (first timer). I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They are welcoming, patience. Wallace, with his charisma, made me even excited to start the therapy. He knows a lot and he explains all your questions. I arrived home with clear instructions and peace of mind.
Imane and Wallace are so welcoming and kind! They were also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions effectively. Wallace walked me through the CPAP machine and explained how the components work. He helped me find a suitable mask and said they also provide a 30 day mask exchange if there's any discomfort as the machine takes some time to get used to. I hope my machine works out and I definitely recommend everyone to come here for your CPAP needs.
