So I bought a brand new Insta package for my motorcycle. My unit was having some issues. I didn’t even have it like three or four weeks. They took it in. The staff was super Friendly and helpful. Great communication back-and-forth And they helped out with as much warranty as they could. I was a little scared when you pay the prices out there for this product But I’ll tell you this the support you get is amazing. And the product too I love my x5
