🥢 Happy Lamb Hot Pot – Scarborough’s Most Affordable All-You-Can-Eat Gem
If you love hot pot but hate walking out with an empty wallet, Happy Lamb Hot Pot at Warden & Finch in Scarborough might just be your new favourite spot. This place proves that quality doesn’t have to be expensive — and that’s exactly why it’s quickly becoming one of the best-value hot pot restaurants in the entire GTA.
    💰 Unbeatable Value
Happy Lamb’s all-you-can-eat pricing is incredibly affordable compared to most other AYCE spots in Toronto. For the same price that you’d pay elsewhere for a single bowl, you can feast here on unlimited premium meats, seafood, veggies, noodles, and snacks. Whether you come for lunch or dinner, you’ll leave full, happy, and impressed by how much value you get.
    🥩 Fresh, Quality Ingredients
What really stands out is how fresh everything tastes. The lamb and beef slices are tender and beautifully marbled, the seafood tastes clean, and the vegetables are crisp and vibrant. You can tell they take pride in sourcing high-quality ingredients, something that sets them apart from other budget-friendly hot pot chains.
The broths are rich and flavorful — from the classic spicy mala to the nourishing herbal base — and you can even get a split pot to try two at once.
🍹 Drinks & Snack Bar Galore
Another major win: Happy Lamb offers three kinds of all-you-can-drink options, including fruit juices and soft drinks — all unlimited. And don’t skip their self-serve snack bar, which is surprisingly generous for a hot pot place. You’ll find everything from fried dumplings and crispy wings to sweet treats and desserts, plus a well-stocked sauce station where you can mix your perfect dipping combo.
    🌟 Final Thoughts
Between the price, the freshness, and the variety, Happy Lamb Hot Pot easily ranks as one of the best AYCE hot pot restaurants in Scarborough — maybe even the whole GTA. It’s the perfect mix of quality, affordability, and fun atmosphere. Whether you’re dining with friends, celebrating a birthday, or just craving comfort food on a chilly day, Happy Lamb delivers every time.
Verdict: 🥢✨ Fresh, flavourful, and unbelievably affordable — the best of the best in Scarborough’s hot pot scene.

This is the best lamb and beef hot pot restaurant in Toronto. Even the regular lamb and beef served at lunch is top-notch, especially the lamb—it's incredibly fresh, fragrant, and tender; you won't find another place like it in Toronto. The lunch buffet is $20.99 plus the hot pot base, making it absolutely the best value. The quality of other hot pot ingredients at the buffet is average. Highly recommended for anyone craving lamb hot pot in winter.

This hot pot place is always busy with a lineup, which already says a lot. Price-wise it’s quite reasonable compared to other hot pot spots. The food is self-serve, with plenty of options to choose from, and the sauce bar has a wide variety of condiments to mix your own flavors.

The environment inside is nice and comfortable. My tip: join the Google waitlist before you go — it’ll save you time standing in line!

Me and my family of 6 went here for my sister's birthday. The atmosphere was really lively and friendly. When we walked in, we had zero wait time for our table and was greeted with a kind
worker. The variety of food and their broths are wonderful. The service was really good and they were really attentive. Overall, our experience here was great. It was a delicious, friendly, fun experience, and we would definitely come again.

I remember this spot being really good a few years ago but l'd give it a 7/10 for the worth but the food was a 6/10.
They have a special during lunch which is $30 including broth, ayce, unlimited soft drink and open to the dinner section, soft serve ice cream.
Everything is self serve, except the beef and lamb Meats, you have to order through the server. I found all the meats, to be chewy and not good quality. Broth was lacking flavour as well. The self service concept is cool but just felt the service was lacking a lot as well.
Tables are pretty well spaced out. they have individual and big pots. Good variety of ingredients to choose from the servers filled them up at good times. I don't like how the sauce bar is in the corner, it gets crowded sometimes.
