This place is awesome. Every time I go there to look for new glasses, they are so patient with helping you choose frames. I sometimes take a few trips to decide on a new pair.
The first time I went, I had glasses from Lenscrafters which were done wrong and made me dizzy, and they were able to identify the issue right away and make me a proper pair.
But they are always so busy, so you have to be assertive and patient at the same time to get someone's attention. If you want polite and nice, this might not be for you. But if you want expertise and quality, it's here.
I have been getting my glasses from Fashion Optical for over 25 years and have referred them to all of my friends and family. Even though I have moved much further, I still only go back here for my eyes' needs. They always have the latest trends at a reasonable price, and the optician who works there is very sweet and is always so helpful. I recently started seeing Dr. Chan as my optometrist and she is very pleasant and thorough. Overall, very satisfied!
