Clean, professional and respectful team. We went on time and got seen immediately. Zero wait time. The Dr was professional, thorough, honest, knowledgeable and great with kids. Very pleased with the experience and plan to continue taking my children there!
I have been going to the Bamburgh Eye Care for a few years now. My optometrist is Dr Isabella Chau. She is an excellent doctor. Last year I started having some dry eye problems. Because of the long wait-list to see a Dry eye disease specialist, the Ophthalmologist suggested that while I was waiting, I should first see my optometrist Dr Chau. I did, and then soon after I realised that from Dr Chau i received the most effective advice — things that I myself could do to help. By the time when I met with my dry eye specialist Dr K Chow, my dry eye problem had already died down. Dr Chow commented that the treatments Dr Chau had suggested were really effective. I am therefore most happy that in these years I have been getting Dr Chau’s professional support. Many thanks, Dr Chau.
Dr. Chan has been taking good care of my vision health for many years. She is knowledgeable and professional. Her services are excellent. The staff are helpful and nice.
