Dr Li Bessie

I have been under Dr. Bessie Li's care for many years and can attest to her exceptional commitment to patient welfare. Her extensive knowledge and patience in diagnosing medical concerns sets her apart from other healthcare providers.

Despite systemic challenges in the healthcare system, particularly during the COVID pandemic, Dr. Li has demonstrated remarkable adaptability through pivoting, while maintaining exemplary standards of care for her patients.

Dr. Li has been my family doctor for over 15 plus years. I think she’s a great doctor. But over the years, it seems to be impossible to even see her. Getting through the phone line is hard and when I finally get through it’s only words of disappointment. The answer is almost always saying “go to a walk-in-clinic” and even if I tell the receptionist that I am willing to wait n take whatever appointment even at a later date , they refuse the booking. As they don’t take appointments if the week is full, can’t even schedule something for the following week.The only time I can see her is pretty much during annual body check ups. For anything else I’m on my own looking for a walk-in. Feel so abandoned. Having a family doctor is like not having a family doctor. Very frustrating!!

My whole family have been with Dr. Li for more than 15 years, she is always professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Also the receptionist Angel, she is very efficient and polite.

As a long time patient of Dr. Li, I had and am still amazed by how consistency the office runs in term of proffesionalism and efficiency. For more than 15 years, Dr Li has accurately diagnosed every single of my visit. She usually make the visit quick when there's no major issue, but spends the extra times when there's real concerns. I have seen a few doctors including family physicians, specialists and walk-ins and I am certain to say that there's no comparison to Dr Li's practice. A knowledgeable, caring, passionate doctor with a strong front desk team, especially Dr. Li' assistant Angel (she is really an ANGEL when comes to blood work). I find it very impressive of how Angel scans the calls with the right questions asked, and schedules appointment according to urgency. The waiting time in the office is so efficiently managed, that shows me that they have lots of respects toward their patients. For some other doctors' office, waiting time is up to 2 hours which I find it rediculously unacceptable.
I am thankful that my health is well taken care of and feel relieved every time I left the office.
