I have known the organization since our first Ricoh printer installation at our IDP Education Canada (Corporate Headquarters) in 2018. We had then conversations and engaged them for Managed IT Services for our Canadian offices through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that was put in place for in-person IT support to all our IDP Canada offices across the region. They have been stellar in what they do and I have not seen anything but professionalism from the team at DDL. Notable people that I can name here are Jennifer Yiu, Vijay Chandak, and Alexander Golitsis who have been amazing in getting our IT services needs known and met over the years. Our account manager is Jennifer Yiu. She's easy to talk to and very responsive to our email inquiries and requests. She is also very responsible and resourceful - she stays on top of her things and she is always ready to help and provide the most thoughtful solutions to the problems you are facing.
When our firm first hired DDL for business solutions, Vijay, Alex, and Jennifer put in a ton of time and efforts in learning about our needs and planning out what's best for us. They were very knowledgeable about their products and very upfront and transparent with costs. It was a huge project of months to consolidate everything to the same platform for easier access to information shared amongst the firm, but they did it! Kudos to this awesome team!
We had an amazingly positive experience when needing support for our 20 year old Ricoh printer.
Remote tech support was beneficial and Jason guided us through a process of trying to resolve our issues. Call back appointments were kept and the support was friendly, patient, and reassuring.
When additional work was required, a technician was dispatched and he too was methodical and professional in his approach to resolving the issues at hand.
We are an exceptionally happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Document Direction.
Bought out 2 printers after the lease was up at excellant pricing. Took a service contract for both. In 7 years have had very few service issues. When service needed, technician has called almost immediately & arrived within 24 hours & has always solved the problem to my satisfaction. Would recommend DDL highly.
