I have had an exceptional experience with this company. I needed parts, I stripped screws and needed replacements, I made a few mistakes with my new parts, and CHS spent zero time helping me fix everything. I've been sharing this story with all my gun bros, and I felt they were worthy of a Google review.

The CHS team (special shout out to Max) went out of their way to make sure everything went flawlessly, even checking the compatibility of the parts I ordered and answering all my numerous questions patiently. There are many reasons why the CHS folks are top-rated. Their product knowledge, along with their patient customer service, is elite...and I do not use that word lightly.

I have been a user of issued NODs for decades, but it was absurd as to how little technical knowledge I actually had when relegated to acquiring my own rig. To say I felt like a noob, is putting it lightly. 12sec into my first conversation with CHS I was keenly aware I needed to binge all I could on the topic. Not because I wanted to be sure they weren't leading me astray or trying to upsell me, but because I'm not comfortable talking to experts on a topic that I should have more than "user" knowledge on. By nature of their approach, I was compelled to step up...and I thank them for that.

Don't feel intimidated to learn more, they will speak to your your level, just know that it will only help your case to learn what you can. Be straight with them on your needs and actual intended use, their guidance is tier 1.

Finally decided to get into night vision and chose cold harbour, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Being new to this, there are a few crucial things I forgot to add to my cart like counterweights and pouch and their customer service promptly reached out to inform me that if I planned to mount it to a helmet (which I did) I would benefit greatly from the counterweights. It was done very professionally and without coming off as pushy. And to top it off they helped me get my helmet adjustment dialed in even tho I hadn’t purchased it there. I can’t recommend them enough and personally I think all “tactical” and firearms related stores in Canada should strive to be more informative and helpful like them.

I bought Psv- 14 device from them and they were incredible with helping me choose the right product for me. I also bought one of their options for four in one lasers and had some issues with it (manufacturing defect). I shipped it back to them and they in under a day of turnaround sent me out a new device with very helpful customer service by Victor.
