I went to this branch yesterday at 4:30pm to get bank statements for all of my existing accounts. The advisor who helped me was really amazing. She helped me out instantly and was friendly and engaging. Had a positive experience!

My 5 star is for Aida! I went in already highly annoyed and frustrated due to prior back and forth unnecessary phone calls to customer service. Aida was very professional and kind and took care of business. She made sure to confirm my wants and needs and solved any issues I had that prior persons couldn’t handle. I really wanted to close my account the way I was so upset but she changed my mind.
