While we were greatly disappointed by a young staff NBC's branch at 4040, Finch Ave E on a different date for the same issue, Johnson and Hunter at McCowan branch regain our trust on NBC. Without knowing our bad experience & complaints at the other branch, these 2 gentlemen were very friendly, patient & customer focus. Their experience, professional knowledge and attentive service helped us in resolving our investment account issue. They are truly commendable.
