Their team has been here supporting another plumbing company, and their professionalism, patience, and kindness have truly stood out.
There was even a situation where a plumbing issue was misunderstood and someone believed it was a fire-related emergency, so 911 was called. Despite the confusion, the technician from Capital Plumbing and Heating arrived very quickly to ensure everything was safe and handled properly.
Considering he traveled from Scarborough to Barrie on short notice, that level of dedication really shows his commitment.
Throughout this project, he has remained calm, respectful, and genuinely helpful, even in difficult situations. He treats tenants with compassion and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way!!
