My tankless water heater was leaking. I called Rico and he took care of everything's. The technician was polite and came on time. Took his time and did a great job. Professional. Rico thank you for a great job.
Rico is the Man! He came and replaced my hot water tank, within hours of my call. He is very transparent, explains everything, its was a fair price, he is easy to deal with and they are just good people! After Rico finished replacing the hot water tank, I decided to replace my AC and furnace as well, as they were both 16 years old. This was all done in 3 days. Thank you Rico!
We needed to fix our AC unit, and contacted Rico. He was able to give us an appointment in such short notice, and went above and beyond to ensure to perform a through check of not only the AC but the whole installation along with the furnace as well. Rico replaced our old water heater with a new one. He was very professional, polite and efficient. Very reasonable service cost. We’re very satisfied with his job and would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking to fix or replace their water heater/hvac/etc.
