I had a great experience at Bulk Barn thanks to Cameron’s outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and provided helpful suggestions for the party I was planning. He even took the time to count inventory and went out of his way to offer to source a specific item if it wasn’t in stock. I truly appreciated the effort, I’ll definitely be coming back!
I stopped in to pick up a few things from this location this afternoon and I had such an amazing experience. First, I was greeted by the store Supervisor Michelle who was very thoughtful as she held the door open for me. I use a cane. Her smile is infectious with such warmth. Then while at the check out, the associate Rose was very friendly, warm and patient with me. I felt so valued and seen. The store is immaculate, very well organized and bright.
The level of excellence I received will definitely have me coming back to this location. Thank you for your kindness and superb customer service Queens!
My aunt took me here and I was so amazed with the concept (there's nothing like this in the Philippines). Some of the items turn out to be more expensive here—we bought
