I was 20 mins early for my appointment but despite that, I was attended to very promptly and was able to get my procedure done quickly. As soon as the one before me was done and things sanitized, they didn't make me wait for the exact time of my appointment before having my procedure done. The receptionist who attended to me was very pleasant and I noticed that the other receptionist was likewise very attentive to another client's needs - requesting for a glass of water. The technician- Leila was very professional, she went through what's going to happen, discussed and even explained the procedure after going through standard questions. She asked if I had any concerns and was very responsive and gentle. I'll recommend this place to anyone. It's a very clean place and staff are very cordial and professional.

This lab was recommended by my GP’s office, and I was quite nervous after seeing the negative reviews. To my surprise, I had a great experience. The were very accommodating with me changing my appointment date, called me a day prior to confirm the appointment and walked me through the instructions on phone.
On the day of tests, the receptionist greeted us well and was very clear in explaining the process, followed covid protocol to sanitize the pens right infront of our eyes. Technicians for ultrasound and blood work ensured I double check my details. They were courteous.

Great experience! Front desk was extremely busy so it took a couple of minutes to check in but they were very sweet. I was a little nervous, but the tech was very reassuring and he made me feel much more comfortable. The free underground parking was a nice bonus as I went during the ice storm.
