Annalakshmi Scarborough - South Indian Vegetarian Restaurant

I absolutely loved my experience at Anna Lakshmi! The ambiance and vibe were so warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was amazing, full of rich flavor and perfectly seasoned. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family!

I’m so glad I tried this place! Every item was a hit. The uttapam was loaded with toppings and cooked just right. The veg spring dosa was crisp, not oily, and the filling was super tasty. The madras masala dosa with cheese was heavenly cheese lovers will appreciate the rich flavor combined with the classic masala. Excellent quality and worth every bite!

Absolutely loved the food here! They’ve put in good effort to showcase art from across the length and breath of the country! The ambience here is much better than the one downtown assuming it’s a chain. I forgot the name of the dosas we had as I am writing late reviews owing to a Google glitch. But I am confident all their food is gonna be good! Will revisit. We are vegans btw and they were able to accommodate us. The one who served us was so kind and she was from Kerala!

I am glad that Annalakshmi opened up in Scarborough, having tried their Mississuaga and Toronto restaurants I was excited to try this one. We ordered filter coffee, paneer 65, chettinad masala dosa, all items were great ,had authentic South Indian flavours and were served in generous amounts. It has decent price point w.r.t the taste, quality and quantity of food they offer.

Ambience is nice with beautiful dance forms on the wall, you get to hear South Indian music even if you don’t understand one.

Overall great experience, a go to place in Scarborough for South Indian cravings. 😋
