Johnny, the owner, is the sole reason for this feedback.
I was in distress as I had been running from pillar to post to get headlight fixed. From mechanics to body shops to car customizers to car enthusiasts, nobody could figure out the problem until I came at Wired Ridez.
Johnny turned out to be a very professional, responsive, thorough and an excellent human being. He was genuinely a blessing in disguise at Wired Ridez. He was efficient, diligent and empathetic. He was very disciplined in knowledge and meticulous in public dealing. He was surely the right person for running that business as impression and examples are set from the top. He was prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with. The competency of Johnny was awe inspiring and I couldn't have been luckier that he was the expert on duty when I walked in. I know that Johnny takes care of lots of customers in a given day, but I wanted to let him know that I am truly thankful to him. He went an extra mile to help, advice and makes me feel like I was not just another customer. That proves a lot about his immaculate character and picture-perfect professionalism.
Under Johnny’s leadership, Ashwin was there to assist. He was determined to exceed my expectations and excelled at his work in every possible way by showing profound competence and compassion. He was very hospitable, dedicated and informative.
It seems like if you want to envisage customer relationship and service; in Wired Ridez you’re spoiled for choice. I tip my hat for people like Johnny who know how to retain an existing customer and how to acquire future ones. Johnny and his team proved to be an emblem of excellence and empathy where customer satisfaction takes precedence. Two thumbs up to Wired Ridez for having owners like Johnny and assistance like Ashwin who are the actual assets for the success of Wired Ridez. I highly recommend Wired Ridez.

I stumbled upon WiredRidez when I was looking for a place to install some underglows on my car, and I'm glad I did! I did some DIY kit a few years back that didn't last very long, so I was very skeptical on getting it done again but this time by a shop. Johnny assured me they don't use any cheap off the shelf DIY kits, all the light strips here are custom made to fit the length and width of your car. Johnny took the time to explain everything to me, and its awesome how they don't use cheap tape (as we all know that won't last long in Canadian weather) or make any screw holes in your car - they use a special type of adhesive. He also did a great job at hiding all the wires which is awesome! I love the fact that they have the ability to install the "light blockers" in spots where you may see the led strips from far away, and he did a great job at explaining that to me as well as putting 2 in certain spots on my car. I cannot see any leds strips as I drive down the road which is great! Johnny also installed a main power switch in my dash so I can easily turn the lights on and off without having to use my phone and it also helps conserve my car's battery power so the bluetooth controller is not constantly looking for my phone.
All in all, I totally recommend Johnny and his crew here at WiredRidez and I feel confident in my decision. I'm excited to enjoy the lights for years to come. As you can see in the photos and videos, the lights are bright and well hidden!

Multiple phone calls and professional conversations, and all I was enquiring was about fitting some aftermarket lights.
Johnny really wanted to make sure I was getting the right ones, and where it was fitted.
Needless to say, this Winter they came in very handy on multiple snow drives and I’m ahead looking into what to do next!

I can tell Johnny has been in the car culture scene for a long time. He knows his stuff. He has always helped me find the right products. He did retro fit headlights on my Nissan Juke Nismo RS as well as a HID installation on the headlights for my BMW M3 E36.
I've seen some of the cars he has worked on and his work is top notch. I highly recommend this shop. Don't be discouraged if he can't get you in right away, there's a reason why his shop is so busy.
