Vindaloo in Scarborough is hands-down the best place for Indian and Hakka food—it's so good that it ruined other spots for us; we literally don't want to go anywhere else now! Every single dish we've had was amazing, whether it’s the rich curries or the zesty Hakka noodles, proving they perfectly nail both cuisines. Beyond the flavor, the prices are great for the generous portions you get, making it excellent value compared to other restaurants. Plus, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, which just makes the whole dining experience perfect. It's truly a must-try gem.

I tried the samosas here, and they were absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside and soft, flavorful on the inside. The balance of meat and vegetables was perfect — not too dry, not too oily. Paired with the chutney, the flavor was even better. They were freshly made and served promptly with polite service. If you’re a fan of tasty samosas, this place is definitely worth a visit.
