I love coming here! Very welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Store is small but has a wide selection of glasses. I plan to take my kids here! In my opinion, very honest and trustworthy people working here.
My experience acquiring glasses at Cachet Optical was A1, with the variety of glasses and shades I was very indecisive at first, but Shana helped me narrow down my decision and I am 100% happy with my new prescription glasses and lenses. The environment is great, the price was right (no pun intended), The staff is so nice and once again the experience was A1.
This review is long overdue. The first time I dealt with Cachet Optical and Shannon was about a year ago when we first went to get glasses/contacts for my husband and I. Needless to say that we were unsure about the commute to Markham from West Brampton but Shannon helped make the process easier by going above and beyond. She provided great customer service, wasn't pushy at all and allowed me to try various contact lenses to determine which ones were best for me. Overall we were quite happy and will be visiting again soon to get my next set of contact lenses!
The team at Cachet optical exceed all expectations. I've purchased several eye wear here and am always pleased. Shanna's honest assistance with picking the best frames for the best price has never let me down! This is by far the best optical place I have ever been to -- great selection, great prices, and amazing customer service!
