We just finished a significant home renovation . Owen FAR EXCEEDED! expectations for professionalism, responsiveness and integrity. I have rarely, perhaps never, worked with such a great contractor. The work is excellent. He came weekly to inspect the work and at the completion. We have a year warranty to find any imperfections to be fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lucky 5 Group!!!
Owen and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with, from start to finish for our second story addition. We met him with plans-in-hand. He provided a detailed, itemized estimate that was very reasonable.
The construction process was relatively smooth and fairly quick, yet the workmanship and quality are outstanding. I had interviewed 5 other builders who all predicted 6-8 months total construction time; Owen's team completed it in just over 3 months. In addition, the trades people that I had hired remarked to me independently that his team's work was of excellent quality.
His responsiveness is outstanding; truly top-tier. He made himself available everyday and he responded to any concerns immediately. More importantly, he is solution-oriented and came up with possible troubleshooting methods that aimed to minimize any extra costs while maintaining high quality. Overall, his customer service is the best I have encountered; he is truly customer oriented. He stayed on budget and there were no hidden costs from his end (we elected to upgrade some things on the way, but this was entirely by choice).
FWIW, my neighbours were also very pleased at how the team kept the site and street clean and were considerate with noise, car parking, etc.
Overall, Owen and his team were incredible to work with. I can't recommend him enough. He made this huge renovation run smoothly, quickly, on-budget and on-time with expert trouble-shooting for anything that came up.
