I had an amazing experience at Uptown Markham Dental Centre with Dr. Hsu and the team! I was super nervous going in, but they went above and beyond to help ease my anxiety. The staff was kind, patient, and understanding, making me feel completely at ease from start to finish.
Dr. Hsu took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped me feel confident and comfortable. Their attention to both my dental health and emotional well-being was truly exceptional.

I’ve always been super scared of seeing the dentist because of a bad childhood experience, but Dr. Hsu completely changed that for me. She is incredibly patient and genuinely cares about her patients' comfort and well-being.
I was introduced to Dr. Hsu two years ago and my only complaint was not coming here sooner. I've seen many dentists in the past and she is by far the best. She takes the time to explain and listens to my concerns. I believe that she looks out for my best interest and offers solutions to my issues. The clinics is always spotless and like how extra protocols are in place for those who are concern of COVID.

Dr. Hsu has been my family's dentist for many years. She has always been the most helpful and caring dentist we have ever met. All of her staff cares, and they a pleasure to deal with.
Her office is also spotless. I wish other places were this caring, dedicated and professional.
Even during COVID I had no issues seeing her. She tested everyone, and had professional protocols in place to ensure everyone was safe.
