I’ve had a few visits here by now and I love Mandy and April💕 All the staff here are super sweet and helpful, not pushy but genuine with their recommendations and always take care of you really well. They may also provide tea or snacks during your visit. Mandy the front desk is so sweet to talk to and very caring, 很漂亮细心温柔的小姐姐. April is by far my favourite aesthetician, she is very detailed and gentle with her treatments making sure she gets every spot and I love how she tells me the details of my treatment like the needles she is using. Soft spoken, nice, and very knowledgeable. I would say the pricing of this clinic is fair to the market and overall you would get a good experience and results.

This was my first visit and I had such a wonderful experience Mandy took her time and did an in-depth skin analysis i learnt a lot and how to improve my skins health and overall care for my skin. Michelle did my service and was very gentle and carful with my skin. I had before and after pictures, I could really see the difference in my skin. I’m so pleased and happy with my results on my first visit I will definitely come back for a follow up appointment.

After multiple friends’ recommendation, I decided to come to Serene for my first ever skin treatments. From the beginning to end, everyone has been so nice and patient. As it was my first time, I had a lot of questions and was nervous, but that all went away and became a relaxing experience after the facial analysis.
