I’ve visited the FreshCo Pharmacy at the McCowan Rd location in Markham, and it’s a convenient spot if you want lower-cost groceries and need prescriptions filled in the same trip. Parking in the plaza is simple — lots of space and easy access. Inside, the store layout is straightforward, and the pharmacy counter is easy to find toward the back. Staff at the pharmacy have been calm and helpful when answering questions, and pickup usually doesn’t take long. Grocery prices at this FreshCo are very competitive, especially for produce and weekly specials. Checkout speed varies a bit depending on time of day, but overall it’s a smooth shopping stop when you want value and convenience in one place.
