Sylvia Morris helped us sell our house in record time and for the price we asked. Everything from her market research to set the right price for our home to getting it prepped for viewings to accepting an offer and finalizing the sale was a positive experience because of her straight-talking commitment to get the best price for us; her attention to every detail; and, of course, her highly-respected expertise as a result of her years of experience. Sylvia Morris (my mother) is the ultimate professional and is considered to be one of the best in the business in Canada. I met Sylvia over 16 years ago at an open house I attended where she was the listing agent. She was so warm and friendly and knowledgeable that my first impression of her stayed with me and I remembered her well when our paths crossed again at a chance encounter later at a local Home Show. I was so impressed with her that I used her as my listing agent for leasing my investment property at the time. Over these last 16 years she has continued to provide me with incredible service for that same investment property.
