Varun is an amazing human being and helped me when I truly needed and saved me an anxiety attack! He was professional and helped me evict my tenants and helped me bring in new ones he's knowledge and a stand up human being who truly loves what he does ! I fully reccomend him and his services !

I found Varun and his team to be very helpful during my tenant search, there was really no involvement from my end until he found the perfect tenant. Zero effort as a landlord! I would highly recommend him, and wouldn’t doubt hiring him again for my next tenant search.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the level of service provided. There were multiple errors in the listing that had to be corrected after the initial walk-through, and I found Varun to be unresponsive at times. He did not consistently offer solutions or follow up with potential tenants, and updates to the listing were slow to be made.
I understand that everyone is busy, but I found the overall experience frustrating and below expectations.
