I recently visited Appel Dental. I must say I was extremely impressed with the level of care and service provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease.
During my appointment, Dr. Jordan Appeal took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and explained any issues he found in clear and concise manner. He was patient and knowledgeable.
The staff here is amazing, and very welcoming. Dr. Appel worked with me for many years to get me to a point where I wasn't scared to go to the dentist. His assistant Jacklyn is very helpful and caring, and she helped ease so much of my anxiety. My son has special needs and is able to get his teeth clesnered here with his wonderful staff. I highly recommend Dr. Appel's dentist office!
Not only did they go out of their way to see me for emergency dental next day, when the oral surgeon I was first referred to would not see me again for more than a month, they were quick to refer me to someone who could. (Really funny guy too) For a first time patient, that above and beyond is beyond words!
Overall Great Experience! I had fantastic teeth cleaning and a baby tooth extracted at low cost and I felt they did not rush me out the door ( not like my old dentist ).Great location and easy access from the highway. Jordan is a kind, hansom dentist!
