Tracey and Blair are the BEST! Decided our 2010 PT Cruiser wasn't worth repairing anymore, called Standard Auto Wreckers for a quote. Tracey was very courteous and promptly gave me an acceptable quote. The next day Tracey called to let me know when Blair (the tow driver) was coming over to pick up the car. Blair showed up on time, was polite and patiently went over the car with me. All in all, it was a great experience for both me and my wife. We were sad to see the car go, but were very happy that we got Standard Auto Wreckers to take it away. Thank You! We can wholeheartedly recommend them.
Be very careful with the product from them. I trusted them with car door mirrors labelled 'Grade A'. But the cable harness was damaged. I had to pay extra to get it repaired with my mechanic. Customer service did not want to cover this charge and kept harping about how great the price was! While purchasing they told me two different prices by location. I had to drive 100km to get the better price as mentioned by them on call. Now the customer service says they never differentiate price by location!!!! They are just going to lose my business...thats all.
Had a few dealings with Autumn French in the Sales Department. Autumn is extremely knowledgeable about the car parts. She researches if unsure and gets back to you. She is very professional and cares deeply about your needs. Autumn is real asset for Standard Auto. She has a very difficult job to comprehend and assist on the phone with thousands of auto parts.
It's Associates like Autumn who are the face of the Company and their positive attitude builds Repeat Business...Bosses, don't see Autumn's zeal and aught to know they have bright Diamond in the pile of steel around them!
She has earned a 7* performance review from me!
