Springfree Trampoline Markham

Our trampoline is ten years old and we needed a new safety net and a mat for our R79 round model.
When we called Springfree they we able to provide us with the replacement parts right away. The parts arrived a few days later and we removed the old mat and replaced everything within 90 minutes.
We did review the installation and replacement video's prior to doing the work.

We bought our Springfree (model O 92) trampoline in 2015…the videos to put it together were so useful and my husband and I managed to do it together. It gets used at least daily, through all seasons, especially by our son with ADHD that needs to burn off extra energy…best investment we’ve made for the kids, even as they’ve gotten older. The basketball net was also a great attachment that we purchased. With all of the use it gets through all seasons, our net has seen better days, and we were so pleased today to find that we can order a replacement net…it’s on back order, but one quick call to Springfree customer service and it’s now pre-ordered and will be shipped once it’s in stock so that we don’t miss the window! Love that we can make our investment last even longer by just replacing what’s broken (we’re impressed it’s lasted this long unscathed to be honest!) Thank you Springfree!

Absolutely love our Springfree Trampoline! The safety design is brilliant—no springs or hard edges, just pure bouncing fun. It’s sturdy, well-made, and has been a cherished part of our kids’ growth, keeping them active and joyful for years. A perfect blend of safety, durability, and healthy play. Worth every penny—highly recommend!

We have had a indoor trampoline from Springfree and were very happy with it. It was time to get an outdoor one with the kids growing tall. There was no doubt it was going to be Springfree. We bought ours from Costco and are super glad we did. Putting it together took some time but once up and running the kids are having a great time. The quality is amazing. I have the kids going into the net all the time and it feels safe. We had warranty issue and it was resolved by Springfree immediately. Great service. I have to put it through winter but a friend has a similar one for the past 5-6 years and had had no issue.

To anyone who has bought a Springfree trampoline and has not yet built it, WATCH A LOT OF ONLINE INSTALL VIDEOS!!! The ones provided by Springfree are great, but they're a bit dated. Search for uploaded videos by people like you and me.

I watched one video in which a single gentleman installed an entire round Springfree trampoline in 15 minutes—15 minutes!!! That video was very helpful.

I know I can leave as is for the Canadian winter, I'm looking forward to taking it apart for the winter.

Final note: The customer service team in Canada was fantastic. I had an issue with a single part, and the replacement part was delivered within 48 hours.
