    Updated Review – Great Follow-Up from Skyborne
    After my earlier review about delivery issues, Skyborne reached out right away. They explained the delay and unexpected FedEx charge were caused by a temporary customs policy beyond their control, which has since been removed.

    They issued to me full $70.69 store credit to make things right. That kind of response shows genuine integrity and care for their customers.

    The wallet itself is excellent — beautiful design, top-quality craftsmanship. I’m now fully satisfied and would order from Skyborne again with confidence.

    Beautiful, well-made wallet, but terrible delivery experience. Ordered Sept 20, received Oct 17. I agreed to FedEx shipping after being told it was fine, then got a $70.69 FedEx bill for “free delivery.” Customer service never replied to my message. Great product, poor communication.

    UPDATE May 22: Skyborne reached out to me and apologized for not responding, as they were relocating their operations to a new facility. They offered several options to make it right, insisting they valued me as a customer. I opted for a refund as I had already purchased a replacement item from another vendor. In the past, they have always been responsive when I reached out, so I'm updating my review to share their efforts.

    They produce high-quality wallets and backpacks, and I proudly travel weekly with my second Skyborne backpack, which incorporates customer feedback suggestions. I'll order from them again due to the quality of their products, and I'll update after my next experience to share whether this was an unfortunate oversight.

    ORIGINAL May 19: I purchased a wallet in December, followed up in January and was told they sold out and asked me to wait until April for the wallet. When April came, I asked for an update and they told me they sold out again without shipping my already paid for order. I requested a refund and they ghosted me...four weeks later and three email follow up requests with NO response. They make a good product, but customer service is unacceptable.

    The first time you order, you may get all your items. The customer service takes too long to reply back. It’s been almost two months and no shipping notice
