Ordered from them for the first time, for my sister's birthday. Will definitely be ordering again and I intend to check out the actual venue soon. Everyone got different types of meals and all were satisfied. The portions were generous and salads were fresh and tasty.

Shepard's pie not worth price point. Fries crisp flavorful. Breakfast taters lil crispy pillows. Chicken clubhouse served like a kebob . Grilled cheese with wheat bread wonderfully buttered . The "club samich" was cut into "finger samiches" and shoved onto a toothpick. Shepard's pie was awesome and needed more carcass and veg. Mashed taters beautiful fo shep pie 🤤...it is a "known" not to expect much from bar food. However bein a bar food fan I have rated a couple on here. 😎🥃

I found this pub on skip the dishes recently. Today is our 3rd order, my husband requested this Place again because the food is so awesome he said! We ordered chicken clubhouse with wedges and Chipotle dip--mmm so good! cornbeef sandwich with McCain fries, nice size and not fatty. Spaghetti and meatballs and chicken fettuccini very flavourful and no mushy pasta here! Everything was hot and delicious and delivered in environmentally friendly containers which really made me happy. Tonight we ordered chicken stir fry and the bowl full of hearty Chilli, we can hardly wait until it arrives, as everything so far makes me come back for more! Pricing is very reasonable too.
On the skip app they have daily specials if you are looking for a full meal.

Give them a try, they have so many comforting dishes here and so reasonably priced.

Update: Chilli is large comes with tortilla chips and garlic toast was
delicious, stir fry had lots of chicken with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and basmati rice nice portion and it was yummy.

Winner winner rib and wing dinner, it's amazing! That bbq sauce is magnificent!

Try the Irish stew when it's on special, it is absolutely delicious, full of meat, carrots and potatoes comes with rice and garlic toast. See my pic

I went through the reviews and saw some of them to be a bit too condescending.

But if you need food prepared with soul and bang for the buck sorta drinks, this is the place to be. The servers are awesome and yeah it’s a betting cafe so don’t act surprised if you see some people getting enthusiastic. No one would bother you unless you go bother them, I suppose.

Being a brown person (South Indian), this is the one pub where I’ve never felt belittled or looked down. Always a warm welcome.

The taste of “chicken dinner” has changed to a not so great one compared to before. But everything else is on point.

Nice to go in a bar that actually gives you a pint when you order one. Yes the pour was to the rim of my Stella glass!! The Shepherd pie served with a salad was delicious and the service by the nice lady behind the bar was excellent. This is not a high class bar, it's an off track betting location frequented by regulars. Nice regulars. I'll be back again soon.
