    Excellent experience, my goals were met and then some. I was looking for flexibility, longevity in my retirement years. I developed better posture, muscle tone that others have commented on! Haidar was consistent with my sessions, always on schedule and worked with me. I have more confidence in my workouts since working with Haidar.

    I have been working with Haidar just less than a year now. He's one of the bests in the industry without a shadow of a doubt!!

    He's always there to help me the way I want. We've been on a transformational journey since my first training session - have been working on both physical and psychological aspects. It has been helping me tremendously to become the best that I can be.

    He's very knowledgeable, smart, and highly professional! I couldn't recommend him enough for anyone looking for a personal trainer and/or a coach!!!

    I have trained with a lot of trainers over the years and Haidar is hands-down my favourite. He is exceptional on several fronts. First of all, he is patient, detail-oriented & comprehensive in his approach. Secondly, he is very knowledgeable and committed to working alongside clients to achieve real results. Thirdly, although he has many noteworthy skill sets, he is exceptional when it comes to working with people who have experienced injuries, need rehabilitative support, who may have undergone surgeries & elderly individuals with mobility issues. He has helped me enormously with my chronic pain issues and overall well-being. Haidar has a deceptively simple, back-to-basics approach that I find refreshing in an industry that has grown overly commercialized and shallow. Training with him is all about quality work with an emphasis on healthy living, lifelong prevention and fostering a true appreciation for athleticism & fitness!

    My experience with Raise the Bar was great. Haidar would help me cater programs in order to improve certain aspects of my sport whether it was endurance, strength, or flexibility. He also did an excellent job of rehabilitating my ankle after my Jiu Jitsu accident where we focused on restoring range of motion and slowly building strength back up. Even when I was mentally defeated by my injury he was a great motivator and kept pushing me to stay on track. I would highly recomend RTB to someone who is willing to create new and healthy habits.

    Haidar from Raise The Bar started working with me when I was a competitive athlete, building specific programs for my sport. Once I stepped away from competition and just wanted to live a healthy, active and sustainable lifestyle he adapted our programs to suit my lifestyle change and helped me stay committed to my overall fitness and wellness, with new goals and new motivation. I'm indebted to Haidar and Raise the Bar for making fitness easy and realistic for me, giving me a healthy lifelong relationship with exercise!
