I am in absolute awe of the service I received. I had a very important function coming up, and they went above and beyond to complete my engraving order on short notice. When I arrived to pick up my custom puzzles...designed for dignitaries...I was genuinely brought to tears. The care and attention to detail were unmatched. I highly recommend GT Crafts and would give 10 stars if I could!
What an amazing experience we had with this company! Quick responses to messages, extremely friendly, super fast turn around time, reasonably priced and amazing work! We had a slight error on the first set of glasses and GT Crafts were kind and understanding to rectify the issue without hesitation. This place was extremely accommodating with everything….I needed 150 shot glasses customized in 2 days and they were able to not just source the shot glasses in time but was able to get everything done for my wedding. Highly recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you again GT crafts
10/10 service and turnaround time. I called about 15 other print shops in toronto to print a logo on some yeti travel mugs. A few said they could do it and last minute couldn’t. GT Crafts did it in 24h so I had our swag for an event the next morning. They did an impeccable job in unimaginable time.
