We took delivery of our new Karaoke system but had a few small technical hookup issues with our smart tv. Raj actually came up to our little town west of Barrie and solved everything! That’s what I call great service!

The machine is amazing, easy to setup, looks professional, the customer sevice was fantastic. Accommodating, friendly, and was ready to demo the product to entertain us. I bought this machine for my wife's 43rd birthday as a gift. And she loved it! We love it. .
