This company knows good service and customer support. Purchased a home with an older cyclone unit which has been discontinued since, and 3 years in something broke and needed to be replaced. Emailed tech support and 1) they were fast in replying 2) gave me the exact docs I needed 3) provided the compatible replacement parts even though the unit’s been discontinued, all of that within 24 hrs. They’re knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I was going to get a kitchen-aid hood when this one died to match the rest of the kitchen but after this episode, I’ll probably stick with these guys for life.
I had a very positive experience with Cyclone technical support. We recently found the 2 LED lights that came with our Cyclone range hood (purchased in 2023) became very dim which was unexpected as LED light is supposed to last a long time. Our range hood just expired warranty for a few months and getting replacement light bulbs would cost over $50 with shipping. So I emailed technical support. Mike helped us to understand the problem with the light bulbs and from there we were able to figure out a more economic solution. Mike responded to my continuous query with patience and clarity. I appreciated his help.
I ordered new parts before and they were old and broken then I called them and they send new parts right way. There customer care is-on different level. I highly recommend…
We live in a 112 year old home in Virginia. We needed a very specific size of vent hood and Cylcone had it. The unit is beautiful and we love how it added to our updated kitchen. Most importantly, the team at Cyclone stuck by us to make sure we had a great customer service experience. I highly recommend their products.
I purchased the SCB715 from Appliance Canada and it arrived damaged. I contacted Appliance Canada's service department and I was quickly directed to Stephanie Balogh at Cyclone's Head Office in Toronto. As time is always of the essence to get renovations completed I went to their location where a replacement fan was "hand-picked" for me, which I might add was absolute perfection. I cannot thank Stephanie and Cyclone for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the end result was achieved - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all cost.
