I unexpectedly had to find a new used car and had reached out to Venu through car gurus. He responded right away, and was extremely patient with me when I showed up without an appointment. He took his time with me, showed me the two cars I was interested in and we ended up making a deal. Such an amazing experience from start to finish and I feel very confident in my purchase! Had a great experience purchasing a Honda Civic from Venu at Forza Motors. He offered a great price for a low mileage car compared to others on the market. The carfax was readily available. He replaced the windshield and made sure the car was safety certified. The automatic door opener and lock on the key was not working so he ordered a new one and had it installed. All in all a great experience. I will be contacting him first if I decide to buy another car.

Buying a used vehicle is never easy, being uncertain about the condition of the vehicle being sold! But we had a good experience at Forza Motors! I think Venu listed the vehicle before he even had received his ownership for the vehicle! So when we offered to purchase it we had to wait a little longer for the delivery of it! And even though we found an item that needed fixing after receiving the car; Venu made sure it got fixed properly! He was polite and supportive and encouraged it would be done right! It was!
