Laird & Son Heating & Air Conditioning

Happy with my first service call on my furnace for an annual check up. My technician, Alex Kubicki, did a super job this morning. I feel so much better now knowing that the furnace is working fine. I highly recommend this firm if you need a new company to look after your equipment.

Laird & Son has been my go to company for HVAC services for 20+ years. The technician Alex arrived on schedule, did a thorough diagnostic and cleaning of our furnace. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the work he did and provided a refresher on the operation of the humidifier. Laird & Son are so reliable, friendly & skilled. Their technicians are the nicest people (Greg came to service our boiler) & so professional. We have never had a negative experience & they are fantastic all around ! I also really appreciate their awareness of the 4 hour time window given for a yearly service & their communication as to their approximate arrival time. Really pleased with the service. Despite busier than normal call volumes, I was able to get a same day after hours urgent appointment. The office person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Greg (the service tech) showed up exactly on time and was very professional and sociable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and gave me choices about what I could do now vs later. I have used Laird a few times for regular service and have always found them to be great. Would highly recommend!

Starting with the booking experience: I filled a form online, got promptly contacted and, while the competitors were booking service almost 2 months out, I got booked for 10 days after initial contact.

About the service: Bryan Medina is absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Answered the many questions I had with a genuine smile on his face, and did the job quick and effectively.

I got some very valuable advice on how to maintain the HVAC system as well, which is a plus.

I won't look anywhere else when I need HVAC/Heating services.
