I was in awe of the bouquet! The selection and the colors were perfect.
Terrible, disappointing experience. Ordered flowers for pick-up. When I arrived for pick up, they said they never received/processed my order, despite me showing the confirmation email I received.
I’m giving 2 stars because the lady working there was genuinely apologetic and offered me a discount on store items, which I did not want to purchase. Otherwise I would rate one/zero stars if I could. I would never order from here again as they are clearly unreliable.

It’s a very beautiful shop, my friends and I love it here. Everything is amazing! The employe here are really nice and helpful, they answer all the questions attentively and amazingly!!
Disappointed with this place - when I visited them yesterday they had stated the preserved ferris wheel flowers were priced at $129-$139. Since it was almost closing time for the mall, I had decided to come back today to grab it for my mom for mother’s day. When I came back they had hiked the priced up to $169. Even after mentioning that I was given the price of $129-$139 yesterday, the price was not honoured. The worker/employee may have given the wrong price at that time, but if that was the price given, it should be honoured. Price tags should be placed in front of products or they will make up pricing as they wish. This shows the lack of integrity in the business - honestly just super disappointed that I was provided with two completely different pricing in the spawn of a day.
