The handmade flowers are so cute and ingenious. We can keep it for a long time since there's no expiration date. Pricing is reasonable. Packaging and delivery are flawless. Service is also beyond satisfactory. The owner fulfilled all of my needs and they also hand wrote the cutest birthday card for me! It's a great experience after all and worth recommending to friends and family.

The flowers that my mom got for mothers’ day were beautiful. Hanako did an amazing job with the floral design and I would say they offer competitive pricing. If you are in the area and are able to pick up your own flowers, this place is a hidden gem.

However, the delivery service they used called Fleetnow was absolutely horrible. I paid the additional $15 to have my flowers delivered to North York, and they barely made any attempt to properly deliver it. The courier did not attempt to deliver it to the person at all and rather left the flowers in an open lobby. The apartment building does not have any receptionist and the person it would have been delivered to was not contacted at all. When I called back to see if he had delivered my flowers to recipient, he did not even answer the phone with any greeting. Not a single “hello?” and I was met with complete silence. And then asked if they were looking for me as I had a missed call from them. The courier then told me he left the flowers in the common area of the lobby and that If I wanted it delivered to the door it was going to cost $25. I also want to state I already paid the delivery fee online. My flowers could have been stolen if the recipient wasn’t readily available to go to the lobby. Mind you, they give you a time slot for delivery and not everyone is available for 5 hours.

I hope that the flower shop sees this and reconsiders using FleetNow as their delivery service as they don’t fulfill their obligations professionally. And while I would buy flowers from them again I would never have it delivered.

Ordered their flowers in a pot and it was much better than I expected. The flowers were super fresh and the colours matched so well. My mom was very happy and they lasted for a long time! One of the best florists in town for sure.

We bought it last year. The flowers were not fresh and pricy. They looked different from the photo that my fiancé showed me the picture from the store’s moment. I felt a bit disappointed when I received it. I appeciate your reply but I wanna clarify the picture I can’t find it, because I don’t have your contact to show the same one. This is the closest look that I can find it online. I thought the boutique would be the same as the photo. Hopefully, in the future, I will receive something better from the store. To be honest, I like the boutique design of your store.
