I was recommended by my friend to go here for my bridal nails. The salon is very neat and tidy and the staff are very welcoming. Michelle is very kind and she did an amazing job given that this is my first time ever to get my nails done and that this is for my wedding. She gave me some ideas as I am not sure where to start off. She guided me through the process and she put great effort in my wedding nails. It turns out amazing and I love the results a lot! I’ve also got a lot of compliments! Great experience!

I have been going to Izzi for years. The staff have always been friendly, professional and welcoming. When you walk through the doors, you will see how clean the salon is and the various protocols set into place to keep staff and clients safe during this pandemic.

Mii is thoughtful, meticulous and takes pride in her artistry. When booking the appointment she inquires about the type of design that I have in mind to ensure that she schedules the amount of time required (pending complexity of the design). Between work and having a young child, Mii consistently accommodates me with appointments that work for me.

With every step of the manicure process, she takes the time to explain the steps of what she is doing and frequently asks for my thoughts as she proceeds. Mii is constantly trying to improve and expand her repertoire as she takes classes and courses to improve on her skillsets. Her transparency with the different techniques is what I admire about her. Mii is incredibly flexible, adaptable and honest whenever I may suddenly have a change of heart with the design I choose. She always takes her time to check that there are no nicks, bumps and ensures that all the details are done perfectly (even with the minimalistic set that I asked for today!)

I can honestly say that I have never left unsatisfied with the work that she does.

I love my nails done here, great environment and staffs. They did really good job of protecting every customer. I felt safe when doing my nails there. Highly recommend!
