I have been his patient for over 20 years, and never get disappointed with each vist I had through the years. He is professional with a kind and compassionate heart.
Dr. Issar was our family’s physician from my early adolescent years & right up until after having my first child. He’s remained the same soft spoken, humble & genuinely kind/whole-hearted Doc’ since day one! I remember being terrified of needles as a child & he was always so patient, easy going with such a naturally calming aura about him. Always smiling & just seemingly full of care & concern for his patience.
